Deer Lodge Preservation – Feasibility/Market Analysis for Deer Lodge Hotel

The Hotel Deer Lodge was built in 1910 and is one of the first steel framed structures in Montana. This historic structure is in the middle of the historic district in Deer Lodge. Deer Lodge Preservation, Inc. secured funding for a feasibility/market analysis for the hotel that required a 1 to 1 match. The MHF grant provided part of the match money required to help preserve this vital part of Deer Lodge’s history.
