ENDOWMENT GIVING

Create a legacy of preserving Montana history that will continue in perpetuity. All endowments at The Foundation qualify for the Montana Endowment Tax Credit!

  • As a small but growing non-profit, we recognize that operational support is key to achieving our mission. The permanent endowment is the backbone of our organization because it provides funding for staff, programs, and daily operations in perpetuity. A gift to the permanent endowment shows your support for the Foundation for the long-term preservation of Montana history.

  • Mobilizing the generosity of donors and awarding grants every year is at the heart of what we do. The grants program endowment was established to ensure communities across this great state always have access to funding for preservation projects. Love seeing a small museum finally build a new exhibit or enjoy listening to oral histories from community elders? These projects and more are made possible by your generous gift to this endowment.
