The Yellowstone Historic Preservation Board used MHF funds to host a workshop on building a historic document archival system. The title of the session was “If you build it, they will come, Building an Archives for Butte.” This program was very well attended and provided an overview on how Butte-Silver Bow started its archive program as well as a discussion on public archives in general.
