Yellowstone Gateway Museum of Park County – The Warren McGee Railroad and Archival Project

Archivist Ellen Zazzarino will identify, catalog, and house materials – while creating online finding aids – for the Warren McGee Railroad collection. The collection is made up of 61 boxes, 70 rolls of oversize plans and maps, 4 oversized document folders, audio tapes, and objects, which trace the 1860s Bozeman Trail, the 1915 Yellowstone Trail, and I-90 thru Montana. The collection also explores mining, towns, dams, rivers, bridges, historic sites, Yellowstone National Park history, and Depot restoration in Park County.
