Bonner Milltown History Center – Two Rivers History

Bonner Milltown had a story to tell but didn’t have the online presence to be heard. Oral histories from the Bonner Milltown area were collected on analog recorders, but this meant there was a limited audience able to use the histories.

With funds from MHF, the Bonner Milltown History Center updated its website to reflect the improvements with oral history access and to publish an interactive map that showed the progress of the area. The map starts from the valley being underwater to modern times. With the oral histories available online a greater number of people have access to the region’s past.
