The next Appraisal Fair will take place at the CM Russell Museum in Great Falls in the fall of 2025.
The Montana Antiques Appraisal Fair is a chance for you to bring your fine art, collectibles, toys, heirlooms, and other interesting/valuable items.
Our last appraisal fair took place in Kalispell. Read below for more information and we’ll see you in 2025!
This event is FREE to spectators. Enjoy the venue and listen for announcements on rare and unusual items!

RUNDOWN OF APPRAISAL FAIR
Enter the Northwest Montana History Museum with your item(s) approximately 5-10 minutes before your time slot (parking surrounds the building)
If you have a larger item, please go to the check in table first and staff or volunteers may assist you entering the building at your own risk.
Check in at the table near the front entrance to get a program for your time slot.
CHECKING IN
Wait for staff or a volunteer to call your number and guide you to the table of either Appraiser Timothy Gordon or Auctioneer Grant Zahajko with your item(s)
Enjoy learning more about your item(s)!
Once finished, consider allowing staff or volunteers to photograph your treasure!
